The company decided geo-membrane fabrics were a good fit and Western Environmental Liner was formed. Western Environmental Liner has manufactured liners for a multitude of containment applications. Western Ag Enterprises & Western Environmental Liner now utilize over 100 million Square feet of fabric every year in their factories located in Tolleson AZ and in Great Bend Kansas.
